How are your shirts printed?
Each design is printed using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, a premium technique that bonds ink directly into the fabric for rich, lasting color that moves with you. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to lighting conditions and display settings.
How do your shirts fit?
Our tees and sweatshirts fit true-to-size with a relaxed, unisex silhouette. Size up 1–3 sizes for a more oversized aesthetic. Check the size chart and fit guide in each product listing to find your ideal fit. Designs are scaled down proportionally on Small and Medium for the perfect fit on the garment.

What are the shirts made of?
Our tees are Comfort Colors® — 100% soft ringspun U.S. cotton, pre-shrunk and garment-dyed for that signature vintage feel. They only get softer with every wash. As we expand into new styles, we'll update this page with specs for each.
Ordering & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
When will I receive my order?
Each piece is made to order just for you. Orders are printed within 2–5 business days, then shipped with an estimated delivery of 3–6 business days. At this time, expedited shipping is not available. You'll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way. During holidays, production and delivery may take a little longer — all dates are estimates.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before placing your order. Cancellations and changes are accepted within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your order is in production — email us at support@novelspunapparel.com and we'll do our best, though we can't guarantee changes once printing has begun. If you need to make an address change outside of this window, we ask that you request this directly from the carrier once it ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your refund and exchange policy?
Every piece is made to order just for you, and we stand behind every item. Refunds & exchanges are accepted upon request within 14 days of delivery — just email us first at support@novelspunapparel.com and we'll take care of you. If something arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement free of charge.
