Returns & Exchanges

All Novelspun Apparel items are made to order, just for you. We stand behind every piece. Refunds & exchanges are accepted upon request within 14 days of delivery. Please email us first at support@novelspunapparel.com or reply to your order confirmation email which helps us tie your request to your order number and makes the process quick and streamlined.

Something wrong with your order? If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a couple of photos. We will happily reprint your item at no cost to you. Please email us by replying to your order confirmation email which will tie your issue/request to your order number seamlessly.

Need a different size? Reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you to find a solution — simply reply by email to your order confirmation email.

Have a refund request? We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. A full refund will be issued once proof of return shipment is provided — this is required to process your refund. Please email us by replying to your order confirmation email.
