Returns & Exchanges

All Novelspun Apparel items are made to order, just for you. We stand behind every piece. Refunds & exchanges are accepted upon request within 14 days of delivery (please email us first).

Something wrong with your order? If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will happily reprint your item at no cost to you. Please contact us at support@novelspunapparel.com

Need a different size? Reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you to find a solution. Contact us at support@novelspunapparel.com

Have a refund request? We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. A full refund will be issued once proof of return shipment is provided — this is required to process your refund. Contact us at support@novelspunapparel.com
