We ship to all 50 states and Washington D.C.

Processing time All orders are made-to-order and take on average 2-5 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping time Once shipped, orders arrive on average within 3-6 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 5-11 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times are not guaranteed. During holidays, production and delivery may take a little longer — all dates are estimates. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Need to make a change? Our products go into production quickly. Changes or cancellations can be made within 1 hour of ordering. If you need to make a change outside of this window, contact us at support@novelspunapparel.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee changes.

Incorrect shipping address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us within 1 hour of purchase and we'll do our best to update it before production begins. After that window, we cannot guarantee address changes. Orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address are the customer's responsibility — we strongly encourage contacting the carrier directly to intercept or redirect the package. Novelspun Apparel is not responsible for orders lost or misdelivered packages due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
